EA's E3 Press Conference: What We Liked Best

The Press Conference for Electronic Arts (EA) has come to an end. You know, EA could pretty much develop their own hardware and push their own console. They've got a great catalog of games coming up over the next year. They've shown us FIFA, Madden, Battlefield 3, and a whole new kind of Need for Speed with Need for Speed Run. You can actually get out of your car. It almost seems like Need for Speed meets Grand Theft Auto. But what did we like best? Was is it Mass Effect 3, was it Need for Speed, was it FIFA or Madden? We honestly have to say that this particular development company has wowed us time and time again. Great action and weapon design and a game that can make you laugh until your side hurts without the cheep sort of humor.

Insomniac Goes Multiplatform. Price Looked Excited.

Yes, we're talking about Ted Price, Insomniac Games and their new multiplatform IP from EA Partners and they call it 'Overstrike.' From the teaser trailer and Insomniacs reputation on the PlayStation 3, its clear that PS3 gamers will once again be wowed and Xbox 360 gamers will be introduced to a whole new world a whole new way of playing games.

All that's left really is the Sims. There's really not much we can say on this other than you can expect Cardinals, the Pope, Ministers, Fathers, Bishops, Priests and so many more sitting down with younger and middle aged women, and telling them to be very aware and very careful not to get caught up in this virtual world. The Sims have been around a long time, and we know what that's all about. What happened to the good ol days of Sim City 2000?
