Sad News, Roosevelt Island Trellis Diner Counterman "Fast" Eddie Sallas Passed Away Last Night

Roosevelt Island Trellis Diner Counterman Eddie Sallas, affectionately known to his customers as "Fast Eddie" passed away last night. He worked at Trellis and was part of the Roosevelt Island community for over 15 years. A long time resident wrote that Fast Eddie was: ... loved by us Islanders...He will be greatly missed.
