Sometimes A Rainy Day ~ Is Just What You Need:)

I am enjoying our new windows so much that I had to go 

out into the shop and look for wood to build this little shelf.

The antique bottles are from my sweet friend Shirley,
and they needed showing off, right:)

Aren't they pretty with the light shining through them.

Our new bathroom window :)

It was a rainy day . . .

something that we have really been needing . . .
everything looks so green and pretty when it rains:)

I spent some time tweaking the bedroom . . .

 and admiring the crystal clear view out our new windows.

We worked on them a little bit everyday 
and eight days later they were all installed
and ready for winter:)

I rearranged the room a little bit
and went out to Steve's shop and found this old rake head.
I spray painted it white . . .
and hung my necklaces from it.

 

Rainy days are good for dusting and tweaking.

For rearranging . . .

and playing around.

This wasn't much of a post,
but I'm happy that you stopped by.
I always enjoy company.
